Modification and Refund Policy

By making a booking with Topspin Tennis, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.

Important: As a general rule, all bookings are non-refundable except for in specific circumstances listed in this document.

1. Modification Policy

Before the Booking Starts

You may modify your booking up to 5 hours before the booking start time by contacting us on LINE via @topspintennis.

After the Booking Starts

You may not modify your booking after the booking start time.

2. Late Arrival Policy

If you are late, as a matter of policy we will not refund you or extend your booking end time, but we may at our discretion. Please try to be on time!

3. Special Circumstances

In case of extreme weather conditions, facility maintenance issues, or other unforeseen circumstances that prevent us from providing the booking to you, we will either provide:

  • Full refund, or
  • Alternative booking time at no additional cost

Important Reminders

  • Always check your booking confirmation for the correct date and time
  • Arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled booking time
  • Contact us immediately if you need to cancel or modify your booking
  • Keep your booking reference number for all communications
