1. Cancellation and Modification Policy

Free Cancellation/Modification

Bookings modified or cancelled up to the start time of your booking will incur no charge.

No Cancellation After Start Time

Bookings cannot be modified or cancelled after the start time of your booking.

2. Late Arrival Policy

If you are late, generally we will not refund you or extend your booking end time, but we may at our discretion.

3. Refund Process

To request a refund for:

  • A modified booking with a lower fee
  • A cancelled booking (within the allowed timeframe)

4. Processing Time

Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after approval. The refund will be credited back to your original payment method.

5. Special Circumstances

In cases of extreme weather conditions, facility maintenance issues, or other unforeseen circumstances that prevent us from providing the booked service, we will offer:

  • Full refund, or
  • Alternative booking time at no additional cost

6. Non-Refundable Situations

No refunds will be provided for:

  • No-shows or missed bookings
  • Bookings cancelled after the start time
  • Partial use of booked time
  • Personal reasons for not using the full booking duration

  • Always check your booking confirmation for the correct date and time
  • Arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled booking time
  • Contact us immediately if you need to cancel or modify your booking
